Q: How do I receive my files?

A: Once your payment is made and validated, you will be returned to the website where a purchase receipt will be presented. This receipt includes the download links to the files you have purchased.

If you are not redirected to the website (or if you have closed your browser window), you can find these links in the confirmation email that will be sent to the address you indicated.

These links are valid for one week. Please make sure to save all the files on your computer or device.

Q: I am not managing to download my files. What should I do?

A: If you are not able to download the files from the purchase receipt or confirmation email, please contact us by email. For this, use the contact form on the website, and describe what type of problem you’ve encountered (including any automated error message that has been displayed).
